Founded in 1939, we are one of five business schools in Oregon accredited by the Association of Advanced Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), conferred on only 6% of business schools worldwide. Operations & Technology Management
The OTM curriculum is designed to develop the skills needed to manage and improve business operations through the integrated use of theories and methods from both operations management and information technology (IT). The OTM program is one of three 4+1 programs offered by PSOB where students can earn an accelerated graduate degree in just one year.

PSOB's Podcast for Business Leaders: Greenwashing
On the newest episode of PSOB’s Business & Ethics Podcast, we’ll talk with UP marketing professor Ian Parkman about how UP students are studying the intersection of fast-fashion, greenwashing, and Gen Z consumers. Through funding from UP’s Dundon-Berchtold Institute for Moral Formation & Applied Ethics, Parkman's students conducted a study on the intersection between consumer behavior and applied ethics.
New PSOB Outdoor Partnership
The Executive Board of the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) is partnering with the Pamplin School of Business to complete a competitive analysis of other associations in the outdoor space and to offer revenue drivers that allow the OIA to grow its impact worldwide. OIA board director, Keith Carrato (VP Gebergear.com) noted: “As Board member, this is real work that will tie very much into our go-forward strategy as the biggest industry association in the large and growing outdoor industry. The work will be exposed to senior leaders of REI, Patagonia, Gerber, WL Gore, LifeStraw and more. Real stuff, real need.”
